Shipping
- In-store pickup is available for All Orders. Pickups are available Sunday to Saturday, 10AM to 10PM.
- We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
- Standard Delivery: 2-7 days (Depends on Location)
- If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
- All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Return
- Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team at help.husle@gmail.com or call us at 8096606251 within 2 days of delivery to report any damage. Include your order number and the unboxing video as attachments.
- Review and Approval: Our team will review your submission. If the video clearly shows that the product was damaged during delivery, we will approve your return request and provide further instructions.
- Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged product to us. Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
