Return Eligibility

Open Box Video Requirement: To be eligible for a return, you must submit a clear, unedited video of the unboxing process. This video should capture the entire process from opening the package to revealing the product inside. The video must clearly show the condition of the packaging, the product, and any damage that may be present.

Damaged Products: Returns are only accepted if the product is found to be damaged upon delivery. The damage must be visible in the unboxing video submitted. Cosmetic issues or minor defects that do not affect the functionality of the product may not qualify for a return.

Return Process

1. Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team at help.husle@gmail.com or call us at 8096606251 within 2 days of delivery to report any damage. Include your order number and the unboxing video as attachments.

2. Review and Approval: Our team will review your submission. If the video clearly shows that the product was damaged during delivery, we will approve your return request and provide further instructions.

3. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged product to us. Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit. Please send the product to our store location:

4. Replacement or Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and, if approved, will issue a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Important Notes

No Unboxing Video, No Return: Returns will not be accepted without the required unboxing video.

Timing: All return requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
